What WE Do

We support you in the (re)discovery of your identity.

Who We Support

Individuals from high performance backgrounds who want to learn to reclaim the different parts of their identity. Individuals for whom the daily discomfort that comes with their role no longer makes sense. Who want more coherence and respect for their inner nature.

Together, we will take the time to decelerate so that you can find yourself better. Together, we will learn to come back down the mountain with confidence.
Are you ready to take care of yourself?

We would be happy
to welcome you

01
The one-year program: The Journey

An innovative 12-month co-development program for individuals going through a period of transition.

Each cohort of the Journey is made up of a maximum of 12 participants, from different backgrounds but who all share a quest for identity.

02
The Community

The community of La Maison des Champions is a peer support network that brings together individuals going through transitions or having successfully completed their transitions.

03
Our Workshops

Our workshops, conferences and lively meetings help to simplify transition and eliminate complexity — together.

What I appreciated the most from my experience was the human contact. The whole group. Every time the activities allowed me to discover something new about myself. It is important to not underestimate the value of committing to the process ; it allows us to feel progress month after month.

The Journey was a commitment to myself to experience my transition and its challenges with support and guidance. The monthly sessions saved me from my denial and my deliberately overloaded schedule. There is so much to learn about yourself through authentic sharing. I will always be grateful to La Maison des Champions for the support following my retirement from sports.

These meetings were like a big bowl of fresh and pure air and they helped me through this truly atypical year.

The Journey offered by Champions Beyond the Code was a confirmation for me. A confirmation that I existed beyond my sport, beyond my athletic career. It gave me a second wind. I flourished through each of the sessions.

Never before had I glimpsed at the possibility that my transition out of the Canadian Armed Forces might resemble the transition of a "civilian" person to another role in their life.

The Journey gave me a lot on a personal level. I could see that I was not the only one who was apprehensive about this transition. Talking with people who were going through similar things was always pleasant and I learned from each of the sessions. I've learned that a champions’ mentality can lead to a lot of good things, but sometimes you have to be flexible.
